Beachfront Holiday Villa in Protaras (1975)

Sea Front villa enjoys breathtaking views with one of the best beaches on the island ( Fig tree bay ) literally on your doorstep. All amenities restaurants, bars, shops are with in walking distance but at the same time the property provides the necessary privacy people should expect when owning a beachfront property.

Booking terms:

Prepayment of 30% is required to secure a booking for your chosen holiday property. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your booking commencement date.

Your booking is provisional until prepayment or full payment is received by us for your holiday rental. Non payment of the balance can result in cancellation of your booking with is. Prepayment is non refundable if you cancel your booking.

Check in time is 4 pm, check out time is 11 am. You can check in earlier than 5 pm if your holiday property is vacated by previous guests and is prepared for your arrival, You can check out later than 11 am if there is no arrival of next guests in that day.

Rental price included: consumption of electricity (250 Kwh per week) and water, cleaning and linen change once a week.
